TIMELESSBROWS,LLC is an APPOINTMENT BASED Permanent Makeup Studio.

When an appointment is made, 3-4 hours has been blocked off for each client and others have been turned away. Because we believe in quality over quantity, we thoroughly take our time with each and every client providing an in depth consultation, detailed shaping and quality service. Canceling or rescheduling within 7 days may NOT ALLOW us sufficient time to find someone else to fill in the slot, resulting in forfeiture of monies paid. Please review your schedule thoroughly before booking an appointment.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL DEPOSITS FOR SERVICES AND TRAININGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON (this includes ANY COVID-19 related exposures) AND NON-TRANSFERABLE (cannot be transferred to another person). IF YOU RESCHEDULE A TOTAL OF 3 TIMES BETWEEN THE INITIAL SERVICE AND TOUCH-UP SESSION (a total of 2 TIMES for training classes), YOU WILL NO LONGER BE A CLIENT/STUDENT OF TIMELESSBROWS, LLC AND ALL DEPOSITS MADE WILL BE FORFEITED.

A NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT is required in order to book and confirm your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your service. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must do so 7 days prior to your appointment date. All cancellation/rescheduling within 7 days are subject to a rebooking fee. If you need to reschedule, client is responsible for re-booking within ONE YEAR (counted from the original appointment date) and understands that re-scheduling will be subjected to the Artists’ availability (can be up to 3 months for another date). It is the client’s responsibility to keep track of their own dates. All rebooking fees must be paid in full BEFORE scheduling another appointment. Service Rates are subject to change at anytime and clients are responsible for paying the difference for NEW SERVICE RATE if the client chooses to cancel or reschedule their initial appointment due to any circumstances.

• Rescheduling within 7 days – $25 rebooking fee (will not be applied towards current or future services)
• Rescheduling within 3 days  – $50 rebooking fee (will not be applied towards current or future services)
• NO CALL/NO SHOW – $50 rebooking fee (will not be applied towards current or future services)

WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE/DECLINE SERVICES TO ANYONE (NEW AND EXISTING CLIENTS) AND WILL BE UP TO OUR DISCRETION WITH OR WITHOUT REASON.

TARDINESS

Please come inside RIGHT at your scheduled time (do not arrive early). If you arrive 15 minutes pass your appointment time, your appointment may have to be rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeited. If you need to reschedule, another deposit will be taken in order to hold your slot.

OUT OF TOWN CLIENTS

Please keep in mind that there might be some unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, which can potentially result in appointment cancellation. Should this happen, Timelessbrows,LLC is not responsible for any travel/lodging expenses.
