MODEL SUBMISSION
At Timelessbrowsllc, we welcome our models with love and care. Models feel comfortable as each procedure is closely supervised by our instructor. If you are interested in being a live model for one of our classes, please enter the following information below. We will keep your information on file and will contact you when we are ready to source.
If you have a previous brow tattoo, it must be light enough to be worked on.
There is a needle fee of $250 that must be prepaid in full to confirm your slot. All cancellations will result in the forfeit of your payment. The needle fee includes a TOUCH-UP done by one of our artist and must be done within 6-8 weeks. Anything beyond 8 weeks will be subject to the regular touch up rate. Models must acknowledge and agree to accept that all pictures/videos will be used for marketing purposes.
Are You Eligible?
- Skin healing disorders
- Allergies to lidocaine or makeup
- Diabetes
- Skin diseases such as psoriasis or eczema
- Any undiagnosed rashes or blisters
- Transmittable blood conditions: HIV, Hepatitis, etc
- Pregnant or nursing
- On skin medications, such as steroids, ro-accutaine or any others that thin the skin and make it extremely sensitive
